Business Loans

Secured Business loan solutions available to meet the funding needs of your business, to provide capital which may be used for almost any purpose including starting or expanding your business, purchasing machinery or other assets, refinancing, rearranging debt or restructuring the balance sheet.

Cash Flow Solutions

Accounts receivable finance allows an ’illiquid’ asset, e.g. receivable payments of a business’s invoiced accounts to be converted into cash immediately on sale and delivery of the merchandise. Short term working funds or permanent working capital are provided to rapidly growing companies to allow cash flow within the business to be maintained.

Factoring is the sale of a companies invoiced debt to a factoring company who then take over the responsibility of collecting all monies owed to the business.

Factoring should be considered if invoice arrears are causing a serious problem with a companies cash flow. Some debtors take up to 90 days to pay outstanding invoices which can create a shortfall, because suppliers still have to be paid.

Equity Finance

Equity finance involves selling shares of a business to a venture capital company or an informal investor. They are normally selective about the investments that they make and generally will not invest in amounts below £100,000, although there are exceptions particularly with seed investments in potentially high growth ventures.

Asset Finance

Asset finance is the use of a credit facility provided by a finance company for the acquisition of assets for your business. The finance provider will require security against the asset that is being purchased, and the cost of finance will normally be spread over the life of the asset. Assets for your business that are funded in this way have a readily realisable resale value and so are generally tangible assets.
